July 2- We went to the flea market and purchased me a watch for $15 and some USA socks to wear with my tennis shoes. Also, we purchased a tomato and an onion keeper. this will help to keep left overs of each fresh and will not stink up the frig.
We got dressed and met friends at the Goodfellows Seafood Hut and Bar in north Myrtle Beach. WOW! the clam strips and oysters were the best ever. the girls who own the restaurant are the greatest, too. I bought a new T shirt from the restaurant because it has that they are in the top 100 restaurants on the Grand Stand -2011.
It was wonderful to visit with our friends over a meal. then we went into briarcliffe RV Resort and visited with David and Sue Vines. it was so nice to sit and visit with them!!
Today, i went to the beach for about 3 hours and then i went to the indoor pool for about 45 minutes. That was so refreshing after that heat!!!
for our MOD, we went to Angelo's Italian Reataurant. We ate the buffet. I enjoyed the tortelini with alfredo sauce and chicken parmesan.
We came back and visited with friends on the campground. we had been talkinbg about grilling pork chops. RT Boone had grilled some and they tasted so good. i am looking forward to scrambled eggs and pork chops for breakfast in the am!!!
