Alexandria Bay, NY

We have spent this am cleaning our RV. we stripped sheets off the bed, swept, vaccumed, mopped and cleaned leather furniture and cleaned sinks and shower.
Bubba went fishing with his friend and Kelly worked this AM. We went over to their apartment about 4:45pm. We picked them and their friend up and traveled north to Alexandria Bay, NY. We ate at a restaurant there in A Bay called Brass Tacks.

we were told about the tragic love story of this castle. George Boldt was building the castle for a summer home his wife Louise. she died before it was finished and he stopped the construction and it was never completed. After years of vadalism and neglect the thousand Islands bridge Authority purchased the historic castle and  has done major restoration and rennovation to show it's grandeur. #1 attraction in the 1000 Islands Region.
