Sunday- a day of rest!
This has truly been another day of rest and watching the tide come in and out in the bay. while we were walking down the street in St. Andrews, we saw two children become fascinated with two telephone booths. their mother told them that those were telephones like we had to use before cell phones!! We had a MOD at the Sweet Harvest Market. It was a nice small restaurant that served sandwiches, salads and chowder. I had a chicken sandwich with lettuce and cranberry spread on it with a cup of fish chowder. Bruce had a Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with some potato salad. We also scouted the route to get out on Tuesday. That is always a good thing to do before we start out with the RV. I have water colored two pictures that Marti Dunn had drawn. We got a call from our friend and neighbor Tom Robinson. In all of their wisdom, Duke Energy sprayed the foliage and trees in the power line. Our grass and dogwood tree in the front yard are dead. The tree had been there since 1984 This is insane. Have they not learned a thing from Agent Orange?? Until next time
