Pete and Jean and Bruce and I took a road trip over to Long Beach, California. Bruce pointed out the Long Beach Convention Center. it had lots of big pictures painted on it. While working at OMS, he had attended a sports wear trade show in this building. We got to see The Queen Mary along with lots of boats and the Long Beach Lighthouse. We walked along the boardwalk and actually managed to shop a bit....I love purple!!! a tee shirt and some summer sandals.
