We traveled 176 miles today. There was quite a bit of downpour of rain and lightening along the way. We stopped at the Texas Welcome Center, just past the state line , for information and rest stop.

The lady in the office recommended a Mexican Restaurant for our MOD. the food was well prepared, but a bit warm for our taste.
