Shopping and feeding a Steak n Shake withdrawal!!

Bruce and I have done very little today. We are getting ready to hit the road again tomorrow. Bruce decided that a double cheeseburger from Steak n Shake was a much better option than tuna salad and tomato, which was what I offered to fix. We were also having Eddie Bauer withdrawal and added a couple of fall items to our collection. We saw a few interesting things as we rode around. I notice a patriotic feeling all around. There was a structure of a wooden roller coaster that I had to find an answer about!! AND I did!!

as we left the campground,
we saw people suited up for scuba diving lessons

A wooden roller coaster is most often classified as a roller coaster with running rails made of flattened steel strips mounted on laminated wooden tracks. Occasionally, the support structure may be made out of a steel lattice or truss, but the ride remains classified as a wooden roller coaster due to the track design. Because of the limits of wood, wooden roller coasters in general do not have inversions, steep drops, or extremely banked turns. Wooden roller coasters provide a very different ride and experience from steel roller coasters. While they are traditionally less capable than a steel roller coaster when it comes to inversions and elements, wooden roller coasters instead rely on an often rougher and more 'wild' ride , as well as a more psychological approach to inducing fear.
Outlaw Run, a new Branson, Missouri wooden roller coaster, was unveiled in Silver Dollar City Amusement Park in 2013.
