We traveled 192 miles from Mitchell, S.D. to Pender, S.D. We are camping on the Blue Ox Factory Campground and it is Soooo nice!!! Pete and Jean wanted to take hwy 81 south and to the west of Pender. We took Interstate 90 and 29 south to the east of Pender. We experienced lots of fog along the way. We saw some NC motorcyclists at the rest area. We drove just a couple miles in Iowa and crossed over the Missouri River by the Confirmation Bridge into Nebraska. The Creans and we met at the intersection coming from opposite directions! Pete began the process for a new tow bar. Bruce and I had a Stoffeur's lasagna dinner with a tomato and cucumber salad. We had Sparkling Grape Juice and toasted to 42 more years together!!!!! A relaxed anniversary which we needed!
