Sedona, Arizona...Red Rock State Park...and more

We and the Creans went exploring the area of Sedona, Arizona today. Sedona is located in northern Verde Valley. It has evolved from a small agricultural community into an artist's sanctuary. Tourists have shopping opportunity in about 40 galleries. We first stopped at the Red Rock State Park where spectacular views of the Sedona red rock formations can be seen.

this is the last remaining home in the Red Rock state Park. It presently is not occupied. The man who began the airline known as TWA built this home.

We then rode through Sedona...

Outside of Sedona, we found Garland's Jewelry that Walter Giles had told us about. We had a good time here!!! Bruce purchased a bracelet and I chose a pair of earrings.

We had our MOD at the Oaxaca Mexican Restaurant. Very good food!!

Another great day on this road trip 2013.

More later
