Thousand Trails at Peace River

Each evening as the sun is setting we will see the sky fill with large birds (buzzards). We were told that Wachula means "Buzzard's Roost". However, research says that Wachula means "the call of the sand crane" So who knows for sure!!

Pioneer Days festival is occuring very near the RV Resort. Bruce and I went over this AM early before it got so hot. i wanted to take pictures of the 'OLD' stuff.
