1-11-2012 We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise this AM. I walked 4 miles with Leslie Sansone video. This video includes a boosted walk at the end of each mile. We are rejoicing that our friend was able to have his aortic heart valve replaced via a noninvasive manner that is a cutting edge heart surgery. Everything was successful!! We and the Greene's had our MOD at Applebees. I had roast beef sliders with au jus and an order of onion rings as a side. A great meal.
We are sad to hear of the tornados in eastern Burke County (George Hildebran and Hildebran and Icard) and in Rutherford County (Ellenboro). All this made the national news.
1-12-2012 David and Sue Vines were so gracious to take us and the Greene's to Epcot today. We had a wonderful time but were very tired. Epcot is a Walt Disney theme park. There is an emphasis on caring for the earth's ecological system and then there are several countries replicated and you are able to tour and dine on the cuisine of the country you are visiting.
