This was such a relief to this military Mom's heart to see her son safe and sound.
At 8:20 this morning, there was a facebook post that said ...... is on the ground at Fort Drum!!!

There are NO words capable to describe how this mother of a military son felt when she read this. I said 'Bruce they are on the ground in NY!!!!!! Knowing that Kelly and the girls were waiting and that it would be a good while until all the ceremonial obligation was over. Kelly had their "new home ready to have their family together again.

THEN, I saw a post about 10:55am that they had been dismissed to go to their families!!! I knew that the reuniting of this family was taking place and that makes Bruce and I VERY happy.
