today was a VERY laid back day. It poured rain ALL night so we were in no hurry to get out and about. We have had sunshine today and in the 80s. We traveled about 30 miles to the town of Digby which reminds me some of A Bay in NY. we found the ferry office and made a reservation for Monday. that ride over to New Brunswick will take 3 hours. we went down on the water front of Digby. we had a piece of pie at the May Pye House. the pie crust was absolutely the best i have ever eaten. we plan to go back thee for our MOD on Sunday. enjoyed taking more pictures of water and boats. Oh well, better enjoy before Irene hits!! we came back and this pm had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green peas for our MOD today. we have finished 2 loads of laundry and that included bed linins!!! A good day!
